Sleep and recovery are key factors when it comes to health, performance and well-being. The body uses the daily rest phase at night specifically for the regeneration of central functions in muscle and nerve cells as well as in the hormone and immune system.
Studies show that nutrition as well as individual nutrients can influence the quality of sleep and the promotion of recovery. The high-quality food supplement Relax & Recover therefore contains nutrients that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as to general well-being. In this respect, the preparation contains classic minerals such as magnesium, zinc and iron, as well as other herbal ingredients from traditional use (ginseng) as well as a special milk protein (Lactium®) and L-tryptophan.

To support the relaxation and recovery phase after hard training and/or competitions as well as in phases of increased mental stress (training, exams, job).
Take in phases of high stress, daily in the evening - around an hour before bedtime
