- Glucosamin Chondroiti + MSM tablets from SPONSER® are a food supplement based on collagen, glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate and MSM, enriched with vitamin C. Glucosamine and chondroitin are also natural components of the human body. They are mainly found in connective tissue, cartilage and synovial fluid. The added MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulfur compound and fulfills similar functions to glucosamine and chondroitin.
- Also important for maintaining healthy bones and joints is a sufficient supply of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.

A recommended daily ration (4 tablets) contains 1600 mg collagen, 750 mg glucosamine, 500 mg chondroitin and 200 mg MSM.
Take 2 x 2 tablets daily
