1 ration = take 2 capsules per hour during prolonged physical activity in hot conditions with sufficient fluids (0.4-0.8 litres/hour) - or dissolve the contents of two capsules directly in your drink
Adding the content of 2 capsules in a 500 ml drink containing carbohydrates creates a suitable carbohydrate-electrolyt solution for sport (sport drink).
