The popular energy bites, conveniently to portion, serve as a trusted alternative or to supplement Liquid Energy gels. One pack contains 10 pcs. Power Gums, which can be taken both during and shortly before physical activity. They provide about 60 g of carbohydrates and thus correspond to a generally recommended amount of energy per hour during exercise.
