The scientific background
For the first time, Biostarks provides an accredited and certified laboratory for self-testing in Switzerland. This combines a simple self-blood collection process with a state-of-the-art laboratory to provide precise, easy-to-understand results. Only four drops from the fingertip are required.
The collection kit contains everything you need for a simple blood sample: a collection aid for four drops of blood, two lancets for taking a sample from the fingertip, two alcohol swabs for disinfection, a compress, two bandages and a prepaid return envelope. The third picture shows graphically how to take the blood sample, which can easily be done independently at home.
